It does and I suppose repeated exposure helps build a tolerance to it. Just be careful when it's very cold out. Speaking of warmer water I once floated in a tidal pool and it was so so so warm from the sun. I'm actually not a swimmer and panic in deep fresh water lol. But I stay safe and know my limits. I've known people who hate wet shoes and socks and tbh it's my fave and how I started getting into wet fun. Do you ever play with mud?
