Yester day I went to the lacal pool and saw a lot of people swimming in t-shirts and long pants so I decided to go in my black Adidas pants and saw another guy wearing the same pants and both his kids were dressed in long pants and shirts. They allow it as there are so many ethnic people that won't swim unless fully dressed. I went down the slide but had no problem slowing down with my long Adidas on. The only thing they request is you have to wear different chothes than what you wear to the pool and take a shower before entering the water.
